"R.E.A.L Schools implement holistic approaches in educating students and in line with that, a variety of programmes are practiced to inculcate character building, teamwork, and communication among the students in the school. 

 Students in the school organise a variety of events to increase their real-life experiences and are guided by teachers and administrative staff. These practices have increased parents' satisfaction of the school.

 There is very strong emphasis on science in the school and science labs are well equipped to meet all educational requirements. 

 There is a full-time counsellor in the school who also provides career guidance to the students. The school also leases with some colleges for career day events."

Selected schools have obtained the ISO certification and have won the prestigious NAPEI Education Excellence Awards (Schools category) in 2003, 2007 and 2009.

There are three campuses - Cheras, Shah Alam and Johor. Each campus houses a private school and an international school. The schools use an enhanced national curriculum for certain subjects, blending it with the Singapore curriculum.
