Austin Heights Schools is a purpose-built integrated school on a 5-acre site within the prestigious Austin Heights Education Corridor of Johor Bahru. It combines both a Private (Local Curriculum) & International school (Cambridge Curriculum). Slight modifications were made to meet local requirements such as the Bahasa Malaysia subject.
Teaching and Learning
The school caters for children from the age of seven to seventeen and follows the Malaysian National Curriculum (KBSR& KBSM).
The small class sizes and teacher to student ratio not only enable teachers to monitor and assess individual needs but also to give students the chance to learn through discovery and exploration. This methodology is essential in developing a Child-Centred environment where interactive learning takes place at all levels.
Besides academic excellence, the school has an array of co-curricular activities and societies such as the drama and dance club, ICT club and the chess club. Austin Heights aims to be a private school that nurtures future leaders in the global community with good characters, personal attributes and good communicators in English, who will be able to apply their knowledge gained in today' s ever changing world.

Facilities
The school utilises ICT in its teaching and learning, and modern teaching methodologies. Besides that, the school is also equipped with a six lane 25m swimming pool, a visual arts studio a library with full internet connectivity, a bookshop as well as a parent's coffee lounge. Security comes in the form of a 24 hour security system along with an extensive network of CCTV's located all around the school.
